Financial Process Automation Expert

At a leading technology firm, we're on a mission to transform the way businesses communicate and collaborate.

We're seeking an experienced Financial Systems Automation Specialist to join our Enterprise Applications team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on our business.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent analytical abilities, and exceptional communication skills. They will be able to analyze complex system issues, identify opportunities for automation, and design effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely collaborate with integration and automation teams to automate key financial processes and workflows.
  • Proactively interview business users to identify opportunities for automation and propose solutions that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Deep dive into system processes to understand, document, and propose optimizations.
  • Work with integration APIs to build and manage automated data flows between systems.
  • Research and analyze available market AI solutions to identify opportunities, and then analyze and propose solutions that can benefit the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience implementing, configuring, customizing, developing, and integrating one or more Enterprise applications or SaaS software.
  • Good functional and configuration level understanding of ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing etc.
  • Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, and data mapping concepts.
  • Candidates must have experience in NetSuite scripting and development.
  • Experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with integration APIs is essential for this role.
  • Proven ability to perform research and analysis on new technologies, including AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as UiPath or RPA platforms is a bonus.
  • Experience with system integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to learn complex, distributed systems quickly and thoroughly.
  • Document complex systems, processes, events, and architectures.
  • Must be customer-centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships.
  • Must be a self-starter, deal with ambiguity, and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.
  • Can Do and Open to Learn Attitude Required.
