Trade Spend Specialist Role

Vividly is the leading modern trade promotion management solution, built for the consumer packaged goods industry.

The company operates on a massive problem with exciting solutions including AI, Machine Learning, and Fintech, adding value to every link in the chain.

This specialist will be responsible for gathering required backup documentation from distributors, direct accounts, and logistics portals, maintaining an Excel spreadsheet of missing deduction backups, and communicating with engineers when web scrapers do not work as expected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage distributor, direct, and logistics portals to obtain necessary documentation.
  • Maintain an Excel tracker for missing deduction backups.
  • Collaborate with engineers to resolve web scraper issues.
  • Develop and maintain manuals for each distributor and direct account, outlining their customer portal details.
  • Prepare and send regular email reports to clients with status updates.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requirements.
  • Take ownership of department goals by accepting new responsibilities and identifying opportunities for improvement within the Customer Success – Technology Enabled Services department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in Trade Promotion Management.
  • A background or education in Accounting.
  • Business-level English fluency required.
  • Basic knowledge of SaaS products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment and comfortable with change.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A desire to learn and foster a culture of serving customers and creating win-win partnerships.
