Job Description

As an experienced professional in the field of auditing, we are seeking a seasoned Audit Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring full compliance with applicable audit standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in mentoring junior team members, delivering valuable insights to clients, and driving long-term excellence in audit practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple concurrent audit engagements, planning and executing each phase to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Supervise and coach local audit seniors and associates, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of audit workpapers and financial statements, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and develop tailored audit plans to address technical accounting issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including US-based audit professionals, to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices to maintain the highest level of service quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA designation (or equivalent international certification).
  • 5-7 years of external audit experience, with a mix of for-profit and nonprofit sectors exposure.
  • Proven track record of managing audit teams and delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
