We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a leadership role in overseeing their financial operations and accounting production team. This is a high-level role requiring strong control, guidance, and the ability to train and mentor senior staff while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, analyze, and oversee financial statements
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior accountants and advisors
  • Resolve financial and operational issues with a proactive, solution-driven approach
  • Monitor and drive production performance, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Manage multiple entities while overseeing the team
  • Lead, train, and upskill senior staff and accounting teams
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency and accountability in financial operations
  • Collaborate directly with senior management to ensure smooth execution
Qualifications
  • CPA designation required
  • 5–15 years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience
  • Strong background in managing multi-entity operations
  • Prior experience managing accounting production teams
  • Proven ability to gain respect and effectively train senior professionals
  • Must have strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Compensation

Salary Range: PHP 175,000 – 200,000 per month (depending on experience)
