Customer Service Representative Opportunity

KITSCH, a global accessory brand, is seeking two motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Support Team. You will engage with customers across various social media channels, providing personalized product recommendations and resolving issues efficiently.

About The Role
  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex customer issues, such as shipping delays, product defects, and payment problems.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for college degrees.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in social media community management and customer service, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of social media management software.
