What You'll Do:

● Support Social Media Strategists in uploading, tagging, and scheduling content across

platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

● Organize and maintain client Canva folders, including brand assets, style guides, and

design files.

● Conduct and document basic organic social performance audits for clients (e.g.,

top-performing content, engagement trends).

● Assist with engagement tracking across select platforms, including responding to

community comments or flags.

● Ensure all live content follows brand guidelines and formatting standards.

● Support content calendar QA and create client-facing approval links (e.g., preview

URLs)

● Communicate cross-departmentally to gather brand assets, resolve blockers, or update

organic social campaign timelines.

● Participate in Organic Social meetings and process improvements.

● Stay current on social platform updates, algorithm shifts, and multifamily social trends.

How Success Will Be Measured:

● Content scheduling and upload accuracy (goal: 98% error-free publishing)

● Turnaround time for content tasks (efficiency across assigned accounts)

● Consistent, organized maintenance of Canva folders

● Timely completion of quarterly design archiving

● Positive feedback from Social Media Strategists and team leads on reliability and

support

What You Should Have:

● 2+ years of experience in social media (agency experience a plus)

● Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field

● Experience using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) and creative tools

like Canva and CapCut

● Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

● Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing social

media trends.

● Self-starter with strong communication skills who takes initiative and thrives under

deadlines.

● Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods, with strong focus and

attention to detail.

● Strong English skills, both verbal and written.

● Previous experience working for a U.S. or Western-based company.

● Ability to work U.S. hours, specifically Mountain Standard Time.
