About The Job

The job entails managing and coordinating social media content for a payment solution company. This includes developing engaging content, creating visuals, and ensuring brand consistency across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and schedule content for social media platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, etc.
  • Design eye-catching visuals and create short-form posts and video content to promote the company's services.
  • Ensure that the brand is consistently represented across all digital channels.
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to grow an active community.
  • Support community-building initiatives in specific industry spaces such as fintech, payments, and emerging digital industries.
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify engagement opportunities.
  • Assist in tracking social media performance and preparing regular reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Suggest improvements based on performance insights and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations & Partnerships team to align messaging with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or community management.
  • Strong familiarity with major social platforms.
  • Basic skills in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, etc. for creating social content.
  • Excellent communication skills in English with attention to detail and tone of voice.
  • Enthusiasm for fintech, payments, and emerging digital industries.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred
  • Familiarity with US-based iGaming and crypto industries.
  • Experience working in start-up or pilot project environments.
