Key Responsibilities:- Develop a robust social media strategy with strong content planning and storytelling frameworks on global social channels.
- Lead daily social operations across global platforms ensuring timely content posting and effective engagement with followers.
- Lead the creation and execution of social media content ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performances using tools like Falcon and Tableau. Continuously test and optimize our global social media channels, audiences, visual creatives, and copy.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:- Lead and develop a lean global social marketing team.
- Partner closely with HQ functions to amplify key campaigns through social.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in social media management with managerial experience.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
