We are seeking an experienced and proactive leader to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and operational excellence throughout the customer journey.

Job Description
  • Own the end-to-end client experience and define scalable strategies to support growth.
  • Establish and track KPIs, processes, and team goals aligned with business objectives.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing operations or customer success role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Background in e-commerce operations; Shopify and QuickBooks experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CX and Growth
    1. Define and implement scalable client experience strategies.
    2. Track KPIs and adjust processes accordingly.
  2. Sales Enablement & Channel Coordination
    1. Enable consultative sales through client communications.
    2. Oversee quote and invoice creation.
    3. Support third-party and social commerce sales channels.
  3. Post-Sales Operations & Aftersales Support
    1. Manage client onboarding and equipment setup.
    2. Respond to customer inquiries regarding product use, service needs, and ongoing support.
    3. Facilitate additional orders of accessories, filters, or parts.
  4. Shipping, Damage, and Returns Management
    1. Lead customer communications related to logistics, damages, and return claims.
    2. Work with logistics teams to ensure fast resolutions.
  5. Process Improvement
    1. Monitor operational pain points and identify opportunities for automation or streamlining.
    2. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement improvements.
