Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our project management team.

  • This role will involve collaborating with clients to determine layout design and ensuring client needs are met.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing rough sketches of material, facilitating communication with clients and internal teams.
  • A strong business acumen in project planning and management is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with clients to determine layout design and ensure client needs are met.
  2. Develop rough sketches of material, facilitating communication with clients and internal teams.
  3. Coordinate with production facilities to allocate necessary resources.
  4. Provide essential documentation to the production floor to guarantee deliverables meet client expectations.
  5. Liaise with the production floor on all inquiries related to deliverable preparation.
  6. Communicate with clients on all correspondents.
  7. Upload files to designated client locations.
  8. Prepare invoices for completed jobs within agreed timeframes and send copies to clients for payment settlement and finance division notification.
  9. Follow up on WIP reports and invoices.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' working experience in account management, project management, and account coordination.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail.
