Tender Lead Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Tender Lead Specialist to oversee the development and submission of high-quality proposals for engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful tender management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end tender processes, including coordinating technical experts and ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain proposal libraries, templates, and content for consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead internal bid reviews, feedback processes, and submission readiness.
  • Track pipelines, forecast deadlines, and support pre-positioning with business development teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation (civil engineering, architecture, or QS) with ability to review and interpret technical content.
  • Proven knowledge of donor-funded tendering processes (ADB, World Bank) and government/private RFTs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, with excellent document formatting skills.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and confident in managing multiple large submissions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across disciplines and engage senior stakeholders.
