Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of U.S.-based accounting practices, international business operations, and cloud-based accounting software.
This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work independently, own all aspects of company bookkeeping, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage general bookkeeping duties, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly management reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR), including payment processing.
- Assist in maintaining internal budget tracking and financial forecasting.
- Prepare and organize all documentation required for U.S.-based tax filings.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and proper coding of transactions.
- 3–5+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- CPA qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working with U.S. and Asian-based entities.
- Familiarity with tools such as Gusto, Bill.com, and Slack.
This role may evolve into a Finance Manager position as the company scales. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, bring ideas to the table, and contribute beyond just the numbers.
