Job Title: Healthcare Data Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Operations Professional to support our day-to-day activities across multiple departments.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Create, edit, and manage blog content, social posts, and website copy, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
    • Produce engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram to enhance brand visibility and hiring efforts.
    • Edit presentation decks and videos for sales or internal use, utilizing Canva and light video tools.
  • Sales & Admin Support:
    • Manage lead tracking and CRM hygiene, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    • Prepare sales decks, pre-call briefs, and follow-up materials, supporting sales teams in their efforts.
    • Assist with scheduling and coordinating sales touchpoints, fostering strong relationships with customers.
  • Internal Operations:
    • Track and send invoices, following up on outstanding payments to ensure timely payment.
    • Conduct research on vendors and perform administrative tasks as needed, supporting business operations.
    • Support ad-hoc research, documentation, or system tasks across the team, contributing to business growth.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Monitor databases and business dashboards, providing insights to inform business decisions.
    • Analyze data summaries to support decision-making, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
    • Participate in documentation, SOP drafting, and business writing projects, enhancing business processes.
