- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline operations, reduce response times, and enhance customer experiences.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
