Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our global equity programs, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Administer and manage equity programs, including stock options, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and Performance-Based RSUs.
  • Maintain equity data within Equity Edge Online.
  • Support semi-annual ESPP enrollment & purchases, contribution rate changes, and disposition reporting.
  • Partner with the Payroll team to record equity compensation income, tax withholding, and ESPP contribution elections in Workday.
  • Collaborate with the HR Tech team to maintain requirements for data transmissions between Equity Edge Online and Workday.
  • Closely collaborate with finance/Accounting to ensure accurate accounting for stock-based compensation.
  • Prepare financial statements related to equity compensation, ensuring compliance with SEC Regulations.
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for

  • Managing equity programs, including option plans, restricted stock units, and employee stock purchase plans.
  • Reconciling equity data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Providing support for semi-annual ESPP enrollment and purchases.
  • Recording equity compensation income and tax withholdings in Workday.
  • Maintaining data transmission requirements between Equity Edge Online and Workday.
  • Ensuring accurate accounting for stock-based compensation.
