Global Private Equity Fund Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Manager/AVP/VP to provide accounting services for private equity fund clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process financial transactions, generating accurate financial reports for review.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries.
- Review fee calculations to ensure compliance with fund agreements.
- Communicate effectively with investors, including capital calls and distributions.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reports with accounting standards.
- Support year-end audits by helping clients respond to external auditors' inquiries.
- Develop customized service models for new funds and existing ones.
- Contribute to technology solutions that enhance reporting efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Participate in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Internationally recognized accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA).
- At least 6 years of accounting experience in private equity or audit/fund administration.
- Familiarity with accounting standards, including IFRS and US GAAP.
