eClerx is seeking a talented individual to fill an entry-level Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer position within our fast-growing NOC-as-a-Service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring networks and systems, handling incident tickets, coordinating with field engineers, and ensuring smooth operations for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure operational stability by continuously monitoring systems, networks, and tools.
  • Track work progress in ticketing systems (Splunk, MS Teams, Salesforce) and respond to alerts and incident tickets in a timely manner.
  • Dispatch field engineers or technicians as needed and coordinate job activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, field engineers, and customers.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in FTTx, GPON, or ISP operations is preferred.
  • Candidates with network monitoring, technical support, or call center operations experience are at an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work comfortably in a remote setup with a headset and company-issued laptop is required.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success.
