Job Overview

As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our systems to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional customer service.

Reporting directly to the Development Team Leader, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet our customers' expectations.

With your expertise in database design, implementation, and management, you will optimize SQL queries for performance and scalability, inform the design of robust and secure database applications, and provide guidance on legacy system maintenance.

You will also develop test cases, conduct code testing, and contribute to documentation efforts. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams is essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within telecommunications
  • Strong understanding of SQL queries, PHP, GitHub, and Laravel framework
  • Experience working in remote-based teams and collaborating across geographically dispersed locations
  • Initiative to 'roll up your sleeves' and figure things out when necessary
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently and as part of the development team
