We are seeking a skilled professional to support our client. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of computer systems, servers, networks, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and software applications specific to the telecommunications environment.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform regular backups, data integrity checks, and disaster recovery measures to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in line with industry-specific compliance and security standards.
  • Provide technical support and resolution for user inquiries and technical issues related to telecommunications systems.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Cisco Unified Communications Manager is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications-specific systems and protocols.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure tailored for telecommunications, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are desirable.
