Key Job Details:

This role involves driving commercial success and growth for a leading biopharmaceutical company in Asia-Pacific. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.


Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy: Develop distinctive strategies for each brand by responding to market changes.
  • Promotion Management: Foster engagement among prescribers and pharmacists in promoting the brand.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to shape brand strategies.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to identify growth opportunities and measure marketing effectiveness.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Offtake Growth: Lead programs that directly influence consumer pull and pharmacy recommendations.
  • Innovation and Business Case Quality: Build and manage a pipeline of innovative initiatives with clear KPIs and ROI logic.
  • Forecast Ownership and Variance Control: Co-own sales forecasts with Sales, analyzing and correcting variances monthly.
  • Pharmacy Channel Development: Develop pharmacist engagement programs (education, visibility, loyalty) in collaboration with Trade.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of Marketing and Sales Management experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking and creative marketing skills, excellent skills in sales forecasting and market research, strong leadership abilities with the capacity to influence cross-functional teams.
