Job Overview

A high-achieving FP&A professional is sought to lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis, drive business growth through insightful data-driven decision-making, and foster a culture of operational excellence across our clients and internal business units.

This strategic role requires a seasoned finance leader with strong accounting foundations, hands-on experience with NetSuite, and the ability to partner closely with U.S. leadership to drive financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes to inform business strategy and drive growth.
  • Create comprehensive monthly financial reports with variance analysis against budget/forecast to ensure accurate financial tracking and analysis.
  • Build and maintain operating models and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to enhance financial insights and support business decisions.
Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Drive the development of financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial impact of key projects and initiatives.
NetSuite Accounting Support
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end close in NetSuite, collaborating with accounting staff to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Review and analyze journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with setup and mapping of new accounts or departments within NetSuite to enhance financial operations and reporting.
Operational Finance
  • Support cash flow forecasting and treasury planning to ensure optimal financial management and risk mitigation.
  • Track headcount, utilization, and financial KPIs to inform business strategy and drive growth.
Reporting & Audit Support
  • Maintain internal reporting packages for leadership and investors, providing timely and accurate financial information to inform business decisions.
  • Provide financial data and analysis to support external audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in FP&A.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial operations, including financial modeling and analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience using NetSuite for accounting and reporting, with expertise in setup, configuration, and best practices.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort building complex financial models to support business decisions.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with U.S. executives, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written), including professional financial communication.
  • Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST).
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA or equivalent accounting certification.
  • Experience with budgeting tools & processes, including financial planning and analysis software.
  • Prior work in consulting, SaaS, or offshore services environment, with knowledge of global financial operations and regulations.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and other business intelligence tools to enhance financial insights and support business decisions.
