Lead Financial Analyst - Strategic Partnerships

About the Role

This is a highly strategic role that requires an exceptional financial analyst with strong leadership skills to drive business growth through effective partnerships. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on strategic planning and partnership development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
