Job Description

As a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making and operational excellence within our finance organization.

You will lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence. This includes managing the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Financial analysis and reporting will be key areas of focus, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders
