Job Overview

The Branch Business Head is a senior leadership role responsible for driving growth and profitability of our retail banking operations.

This full-time position plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service, expanding the customer base, and achieving key financial and operational targets.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage overall branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a positive customer experience.
  2. Develop strategies to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing ones.
  3. Oversee sales and service activities, providing coaching and mentoring to drive results.
  4. Analyze branch-level data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking or bank operations.
