Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our global team.

  • The Role:

This position will lead our customer service team, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. You will oversee the team responsible for answering inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting clients throughout their journey with us.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, mentor, and manage the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team.
  2. Train and develop team members to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to perform at their best.
  3. Act as an escalation point for complex or high-priority customer issues.
  4. Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
  6. Develop and implement best practices for customer service processes and workflows.
  7. Analyze customer service metrics to track team performance and customer satisfaction.
  8. Drive initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.
