Description:

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing assistance and support to customers before, during, and after a product or service purchase. CSRs work in various industries, such as retail, telecommunications, banking, healthcare, travel, and more, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person, providing information on products, services, and promotions. Assist with orders, returns, and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage order changes, track statuses, and maintain product knowledge. Build strong customer relationships and promote additional products or services. Gather feedback, report issues, and collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolutions. Ensure all interactions meet company standards and adapt to customer needs with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess strong communication skills, be familiar with basic web navigation, and be a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (with a diploma or certificate) in order to be considered for this position. Candidates must have immediate availability and be available to work holidays, weekends, fluctuating schedules, and extra hours. Since training will be given, no prior work experience is required.
