
Customer Service Leadership Position

A strategic leader is sought after to drive success in our customer service teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating our support teams to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure team performance meets or exceeds expectations.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide personalized guidance to help team members achieve their goals.
- Evaluate performance on a regular basis and recommend opportunities for growth and development.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes high-performance teamwork.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a customer service environment.
- Proven background in e-commerce customer service with expertise in platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, and Amazon.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in using support tools such as G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, and Gorgias.
- Ability to manage KPIs, attendance, and performance with precision.
