**Job Title:**
Customer Service SpecialistThe role of the Customer Service Specialist involves providing exceptional service to clients through effective communication and empathy. This position requires answering inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and handle time
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask and manage time effectively, basic computer literacy and typing skills, and previous customer service or call center experience is an asset.
This position operates in a professional office environment and requires sitting/standing for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks.
