The Role in a Nutshell
This is a hybrid role that combines executive administrative support with basic financial and bookkeeping tasks. We need a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage a fast-paced environment and support our senior leadership team.
What We're Looking For
We need someone with a dual skill set. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–3 years of experience in either an Executive Assistant or Finance/Bookkeeping role.
- Strong administrative skills, including expert calendar management, professional communication, and handling confidential information.
- A solid understanding of basic finance, such as expense tracking, reconciliation, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities (The Top 3)
- Executive Support: Be the primary point of contact for the CEO's calendar, communications, and travel.
- Financial Administration: Assist the finance team with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and client billing communications.
- Project Coordination: Help with project follow-ups and provide administrative support to the Executive Manager and CFO.
Must-Have Skills
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace. Experience with accounting software like Xero is a big plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Adaptability: The ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to a dynamic environment.
