Results Driven Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at JRS Business Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct research, make cold calls, network, and leverage referrals to identify potential B2B, e-commerce, and B2C clients.
- Qualifying Leads: Assess the suitability of leads for our company's products and services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, articulating the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, handle pricing, discounts, and contract negotiations.
- Sales Closing: Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Education: Graduate of any 4-year business-related course; MBA is an advantage.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years' experience in a logistics company as Sales Supervisor or Manager, Account Supervisor or Manager (e.g., consistently meeting or exceeding objectives/targets and driving sales growth in the business).
- Competencies and Skills: Strong business acumen, proven ability to drive the sales process from beginning to end, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
