
Sales Development Representative Opportunity

Join our team as a Sales Development Representative and be part of a fast-growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach to potential clients.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B market. They must be comfortable with high-volume cold calling and rejection handling. Strong English communication skills are essential, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with target B2B clients
- Make 150-200 outbound calls per day to U.S.-based prospects
- Follow up on a warm lead list of over 5,400 contacts
- Build and manage personalized follow-up sequences in the CRM
- Collaborate with leadership to test and refine outreach messaging
- Keep accurate records of activity, outcomes, and insights
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, ideally in a B2B, U.S.-facing market
