Job Summary

This role oversees key deliverables, projects, and initiatives under the manager's scope.

  • Closely monitor deadlines and escalate risks early to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company processes, including planning, budgeting, approvals, procurement, and auditing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the central point of coordination between the VP and direct reports.
  • Liaise across multiple departments to resolve dependencies and keep projects moving.
Reporting & Executive Updates
  • Consolidate reports and updates from various teams into clear, actionable summaries for the VP.
  • Prepare dashboards, presentations, and project briefs for executive reviews.
System & Workflow Optimization
  • Establish and manage structured workflows to improve coordination and transparency.
  • Anticipate needs before they arise and provide proactive solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex company processes.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar).
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint, Excel, dashboards).
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and fast in execution.

This position requires strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
