
Strategic Operations Leader

This role focuses on managing operations to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Analyze and improve Client Service Level Agreements, implement action plans as necessary.
- Maximize revenue through financial projects such as data collection, forecasting, budgeting, etc.
- Select, train, develop, and manage direct reports and their teams; plan work assignments according to organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Manage operational reports (Attendance adherence, PFP, Client scorecard, Metrics management reports).
- Build strong relationships with client partners.
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance, team performance, and offer coaching for growth.
- Encourage a positive work environment through employee engagement; resolve employee relation issues professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss information from operational support functions - Training, HR, Quality, WFM, TA - and partner to define action plans that drive improvement.
- Implement best practices and deliver exceptional results for clients; evaluate staffing needs with input from BD and Clients, making adjustments to meet changing requirements.
- Associate's Degree in related field with over seven years of experience, preferably with two years of progressive management experience.
- Call center experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop action plans that maximize performance and provide effective feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes; establish a course of action for self and others to achieve specific goals.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain a professional demeanor, and follow through on tasks to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively to internal and external associates.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize projects in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
