As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all initiatives under our scope. This includes tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely completion.

One of your primary responsibilities will be to set up and manage project tracking systems, providing real-time visibility into priorities, dependencies, and milestones. You will also need to maintain a strong understanding of our internal processes, including planning, budgeting, approvals, and auditing.

Additionally, you will serve as the central point of coordination between our leadership and direct reports, facilitating smooth approvals and sign-offs across the organization. Your ability to navigate complex company processes and drive accountability will be crucial in this role.

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or strategic initiatives, with a strong understanding of digital business models and related terminology. They will be proficient in project management tools, possess excellent presentation and reporting skills, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Track and oversee all key deliverables, projects, and initiatives under our scope.
  • Maintain a real-time dashboard summarizing priorities, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Learn and master our internal processes, including planning, budgeting, approvals, procurement, and auditing.
  • Act as the go-to person for facilitating smooth approvals and sign-offs across the organization.
  • Manage project tracking systems to maintain visibility across departments.
Process Familiarization & Navigation

To excel in this role, you must be able to navigate complex company processes, including planning, budgeting, approvals, and audits. You will also need to ensure that all projects and initiatives comply with relevant internal policies and workflows.
