Job Title: HR Officer

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the employment process, onboarding, performance monitoring, health and safety, staff development, policy guidance, payroll and benefits administration, and maintaining accurate employee records.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, and manage the employment process.
  • New Hire Orientation: Orientate new employees and train existing employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor employee performance to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Staff Wellbeing: Ensure that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment, providing support and resources as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Oversee the health and safety of all employees, implementing measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Staff Development: Implement systematic staff development procedures to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Counseling and Guidance: Provide counseling on policies and procedures, ensuring employees understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communication: Communicate with staff about issues affecting their performance, providing regular updates and feedback.
