We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Human Resources Officer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who shares our values of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or teammate engagement. A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
    • Coordinate job postings, screen applications, and schedule interviews professionally.
    • Communicate with candidates in a timely, respectful, and engaging manner.
    • Support hiring managers with interview logistics and evaluation materials.
    • Facilitate onboarding experiences that are welcoming, informative, and culturally aligned.
  • Teammate Engagement & Culture Building:
    • Assist in planning recognition programs, team-building activities, and cultural celebrations.
    • Help track birthdays, milestones, and anniversaries, ensuring no one feels overlooked.
    • Support internal communications that uplift and inform.
    • Collaborate on initiatives promoting inclusivity, wellness, and belonging.
  • HR Administration & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate teammate records and databases.
    • Assist with timekeeping, leave tracking, and benefits coordination.
    • Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly and updated regularly.
    • Support audits and compliance checks with diligence and discretion.
  • Performance & Development Support:
    • Help coordinate feedback cycles, evaluations, and growth conversations.
    • Track training participation and support learning initiatives.
    • Assist in organizing workshops, coaching sessions, or leadership development programs.
  • Teammate Relations & Support:
    • Be a friendly, confidential point of contact for teammate concerns or questions.
    • Help mediate minor conflicts or misunderstandings with empathy and fairness.
    • Support exit interviews and offboarding with gratitude.
