Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Property Sales Expert to oversee the sales process, from lead generation to transaction closure. This individual will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties while ensuring a seamless transaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Sales Transactions: drafting offers, utilizing Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  • Maintain Market Presence: creating marketing materials with Canva and client communication via Constant Contact
  • Navigate Transactions: leveraging Google Sheets for organization and CRM software for data entry
  • Generate Leads: through networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Support Clients: in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct Property Tours, Market Analyses, and Client Consultations
  • Negotiate Offers, Draft Contracts, and Oversee Closing Processes
  • Ensure Compliance: with real estate laws, contracts, and procedures
Requirements:
  • Hold a Valid Real Estate License
  • Demonstrate Proven Experience: in real estate sales and transaction management
  • Possess Proficiency: in QuickBooks Online and MLS Software
  • Exhibit Strong Knowledge: of local real estate market, contracts, and regulations
  • Demonstrate Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Able to Handle Multiple Transactions and Deadlines Effectively
  • Showcase Proficiency in MLS, CRM Software, Transaction Management Platforms, and Social Media Marketing
