About the Role:
  • You will provide crucial support to our Account Sales Representatives by coordinating shipments and proactively communicating with scheduling, load management, and carrier sales teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing direct communication channels with customers throughout the lifecycle of a load
  • Developing in-depth understanding of operational processes and requirements for your customers and updating SOPs on a regular basis
  • Proactively informing customers about shipment status and resolving issues efficiently
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to guarantee loads meet OTP and OTD standards
  • Handling Quote and Book tasks as required for the assigned subset of customers
  • Assisting with scheduling or rescheduling appointments as needed
  • Performing scorecard audits to ensure alignment between external and internal metrics
  • Providing customer feedback to our engineering team to continuously enhance our core technology and meet the needs of carriers and customers
  • Processing accessorials in a timely manner
  • Assisting with fixing RPM/FSC discrepancies for billing purposes

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally facing
  • 9+ months of work experience at a US logistics brokerage with shippers
  • Experience with scheduling tasks is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Experience with Quote & Book tasks is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
  • Analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
  • Able to quickly assess and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Able to maintain composure in high-stress situations
  • High level of autonomy
  • Curious and open-minded individual
