Job Description

This role involves providing dedicated support to a Risk Advisor in the daily insurance operations, client documentation, and coordination tasks. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth servicing of accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a background in supporting brokerage account managers and possess strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide professional and administrative support to one Risk Advisor (Account Manager).
  2. Assist in preparing insurance quotations, proposals, and renewal documents to support client servicing.
  3. Process and input data into web-based insurance systems, CRMs, and editable PDFs.
  4. Maintain and update client records and policy information in the CRM system.
  5. Prepare and issue certificates of insurance as requested.
  6. Gather and organize client data to prepare insurance policy applications and other supporting documentation.
  7. Manage billing processes with both clients and insurance carriers.
  8. Track outstanding documentation, including policy subjectivities and compliance requirements.
  9. Draft and send professional communications to clients, insurers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the Risk Advisor.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry (agency, brokerage, or carrier).
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes.
  • Experience with insurance management systems or CRMs.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working closely with one Risk Advisor in a support-focused role.
  • Excitement to learn insurance concepts and go above and beyond.

Working Details
