Insurance Claim Resolution Professional

As a Dental Claims Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to customers. You will be responsible for managing and processing claims, resolving issues, and providing support while upholding our commitment to quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Follow-up on outstanding insurance claims and document all interactions with notations on the patient's account.
- Send claims and attachments to insurance companies.
- Determine denial validity and address any issues accordingly.
- Generate reports and ensure timely completion each month.
- Resubmit and reprocess claims, including grievance and appeals.
- Clear rejected claims on a weekly basis and update the office tracker.
- Complete assigned follow-ups and generate reports.
- Retrieve EOBs from insurance portals for posting and apply adjustments as needed.
- Identify and communicate any process updates or issues to the team.
- Strong command of verbal and written English and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A background in the Dental insurance or collections industries is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and follow-up skills are essential.
