Job Title: Brand Operations Manager

Job Description:

The Brand Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the product development process, including managing the product board and leading quarterly reviews of brand priority products.

This role involves maintaining a rolling base product landing calendar and marketing innovation roadmap, as well as managing critical marketing data archives and leading multi-brand competitive analysis.

As a Brand Operations Manager, you will facilitate periodic demand reviews across all marketing groups and represent the marketing function on sales and operations plan execution concerns.

You will also lead multi-brand supply management concerns and maintain the brand marketing plan calendar.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

You should also have at least 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end new product development and marketing analytics or intelligence.

A solid project management background and effective oral and written communication skills are essential.

Additionally, you must be willing to work in a hybrid setup and possess a high level of adaptability.
