Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with product goals and customer needs.
  • Develop comprehensive technical specifications that meet product requirements, working closely with engineering teams.
  • Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Participate in product backlog grooming sessions to refine and prioritize requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in a product development or technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and product management.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documents, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
  • Familiarity with database systems, APIs, and technical integration processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
