Description:The Product Owner will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, strategy, and timely delivery of our products. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business objectives. Key Responsibilities:Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.

Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and refine product backlog. Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of features and enhancements.

Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product functionality. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product success and identify areas for improvement. Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions.

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy. Any other duties that may be assigned by the Product Head. Requirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in Fintech/Apps.

Requires a bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and relevant work experience. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong partnerships with internal business partners and work well under tight timelines. Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and refinement in agile product development.

Highly analytical with strong attention to detail, problem-solver, and result-oriented. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with product management tools. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements.
