Procurement Manager

As a Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our procurement strategy. This position requires someone who can lead and manage the entire procurement lifecycle.

  1. Procurement Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimize costs.
Supplier Management:
  • Oversee the full supplier lifecycle from accreditation to termination.
  • Monitor performance, address gaps, and collaborate with suppliers to meet complex category requirements.
Cost Management:
  • Perform cost analysis and benchmarking to drive cost reduction strategies.
  • Utilize market trends and negotiation techniques to optimize procurement value across categories.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Manage complex orders and respond to customer inquiries with strategic insights.
  • Recommend improvements based on feedback and ensure alignment with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate of Engineering, Finance, Economics, or any Business Courses.
  • Minimum 5 years of Procurement experience, preferably in software, hardware, IT services.
  • Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Competent in Supply Management, Supplier Management, Cost Management, Negotiation, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Relationship Management.
