Job Title: Senior Product Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of product managers and drive the development of innovative cash management products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide the product management and implementations teams to continuously update existing cash management products with timely service features and pricing packages to match market requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Product Sales Team and Relationship Managers to offer Cash Management Services products to target clients, including understanding client requirements, preparing customized product and pricing packages, and implementing innovations on existing services.
  • Supervise the coordination of activities with central processing supervisors, branch operations, and external service providers to communicate requirements and ensure committed service levels are met.
  • Suggest operational enhancements to existing product offerings by reviewing current processes and introducing efficient new methods for lowering costs and increasing productivity.
  • Manage product performance and profitability through monitoring individual product performance, assisting in review of client performance, and facilitating financial performance reports.
Key Qualifications:
  1. Mastery of the products and ability to manage overall profitability of a product line.
  2. Able to justify creation of a new product or service and demonstrate product innovation skills.
  3. Customized solutions to complex customer requirements and effective interfacing with service delivery units.
