Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to lead a strategic CRM project focused on optimizing and implementing our central CRM platform. The primary goal is to transform Salesforce into our central hub and ensure seamless integration with Mailchimp.

  • Develop a comprehensive CRM strategy and implementation roadmap tailored to our growth and business objectives.
  • Design standard operating procedures, workflows, usage guidelines, and a Mailchimp-Salesforce integration plan.

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of CRM strategy, implementation, and sales/marketing operations experience. Proven track records with Salesforce and Mailchimp integration projects are essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • Extensive knowledge of CRM strategy, implementation, and sales/marketing operations.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce and Mailchimp integration projects.
  • Experience working with impact-driven organizations is desirable.

Candidates should possess strong cross-functional communication skills, enabling them to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
