What are we looking for?
The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for executing large-scale data migration and CRM remediation projects, supporting our HubSpot Operations team. This role involves close collaboration with the Solutions Consulting team and in-house developers to implement marketing automation, integration, reconfiguration, and sales/service projects. Additionally, you will provide continuous support throughout the onboarding lifecycle. A key aspect of this role is managing, extracting, and merging large volumes of data from complex sources while ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
What are you expected to do?

Assist the Solutions Consulting team in defining business requirements during the scoping phase of integration and reconfiguration projects.

Technically implement HubSpot automation across all Hubs and assess data to deliver insightful project analysis.

Manage key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to meet project expectations.

Facilitate HubSpot account setup tasks and configurations.

Create and manage properties or pipelines based on project spreadsheets in collaboration with clients.

Handle data synchronization and curation.

Collaborate with development and project teams to implement workflows, ensuring operational efficiency.

Provide regular progress reports and updates on project status.
You'll be a great fit if:

You have at least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant or in a similar role, handling CRM-related projects — ideally with extensive hands-on experience in HubSpot.

You have proven experience working on CRM and marketing automation projects, preferably with HubSpot across all Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service).

You have strong technical expertise in data manipulation, merging, curation, and synchronization across multiple complex data sources.

You have hands-on experience with HubSpot portal configuration, including property and pipeline setup, automation, and workflow implementation.

You have experience with project delivery methodologies and creating client-facing documentation (e.g., progress reports).

You have exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

You have strong collaboration skills with a high level of attention to detail.

You have a proven track record in successful project delivery.

What happens after you submit your application?
The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.

We will constantly communicate with you as to the development of your application. You can also directly communicate with us to ask us about the status of your application.
