Healthcare Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical teams, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients and high-quality outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving of a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to meet required targets set by clients.
  • Client Partnerships: Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and Client-VA pairs.
  • Business Growth: Work with clients to help grow their businesses using Global Medical services as a Virtual Medical Manager.
  • Medical Client-VA Management: Medical Client-VA management.
  • Clients Management: Manage clients and their needs with Global Medical services (Mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, handling situations, high-level escalations, negotiations, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PREFERRED DEGREE: Degree in a medical or healthcare-related field.
  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: At least three years of Healthcare/Medical Management/ Remote Management experience (Familiar with Operational Processes).
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS: Highly proficient in English Language (Both written and oral).
  • TEAMWORK: Can perform under pressure and work alongside high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • SUCCESS FACTORS: Self-starter and highly-motivated. Focused, organized, and has a growth mindset.
  • TRAINING DEVELOPMENT: One year of Training and Development experience (preferred but not required).
  • PROBLEM-SOLVING: Ability to think outside the box: can understand requirements and create solutions if necessary.
  • SOFTWARE SKILLS: Efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Open to working night shifts.
