
Strategic Account Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Manager to join our team and manage key client accounts, ensuring their goals are met through effective brand strategies and marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include overseeing client accounts from day-to-day, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operations. Additionally, you will assist in increasing market share and sales for clients' products or services by providing excellent customer service and managing brand relationships.
Responsibilities- Manage client accounts effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects and exceeding client expectations.
- Develop and implement brand strategies that drive business growth and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining open communication channels.
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize client relationships and business outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- At least 2 years of agency experience in clients servicing.
- Clients handled are ideally from the hospitality and retail industries.
- A proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering projects on time.
- A strong understanding of the importance of client satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
- A strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in using tools for productivity & efficiency.
- A strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Hard-working, must have grit, and no entitlement issues.
