  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules for healthcare staff, including nurses, caregivers, and therapists.\
  • Communicate with patients, families, and staff to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.\
  • Ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and respond promptly to last-minute changes or call-offs.\
  • Maintain accurate records in scheduling software and update calendars in real time.\
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align staffing with patient needs.\
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulations.\

Requirements:\

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care scheduling.\
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, terminology, and staffing models.\
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., ClearCare, Alaya Care, HomeTrak).\
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of scheduling requests.\
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.\
